SaaS Terms of Service
The service is provided by Mao Hua to professional food-service businesses and is B2B only.
Service
Features include inventory, invoice AI extraction, expenses, revenue, procurement, staff schedules, hygiene and alerts. Scope, price, support and service levels are governed by the order form or signed agreement.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for account security, permissions, lawful data, staff notices, verification of AI results, accounting and tax decisions, backup exports, and compliance with employment, food-safety and data-protection rules.
AI and third-party services
AI extraction is an assistive tool and may be wrong; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Hosting, POS and AI availability may affect functions.
Security and acceptable use
Unauthorised access attempts, malicious content, platform interference and unlawful use are prohibited. The provider may suspend an account presenting a material security risk.
Subscription and termination
Trial, pricing, renewal, suspension and payment terms are governed by the agreement. After termination, export is available for the agreed period and deletion follows the DPA.
Liability and law
Warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law and dispute resolution are governed by the signed B2B service agreement.
