1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we process and why

The system may process your name, account, contact details, role, schedule and working time, together with work-related hygiene and food-safety records, photos, temperatures, food receiving, inventory issue and loss, work notices, tasks, training and necessary device and activity logs. The purposes are work organisation, food safety and hygiene, inventory and asset management, internal communication, training, system security and compliance with employment and other legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

Depending on the employment relationship and applicable law, processing may rely on employment-contract performance, legal obligations relating to employment and food safety, and legitimate interests in scheduling, quality, security and asset protection. Consent is used only where legally appropriate in the circumstances.

4. Who may receive the data

Only authorised management and colleagues who need the information for their work, and providers necessary for hosting, backup, communications, support, security or enabled AI functions, may process relevant data. Accountants, advisers or competent authorities may also receive necessary data where permitted or required by law.

5. How long data is kept

Data is kept only for periods needed for work administration, food safety, employment, accounting, disputes or other legal obligations. After account deactivation, unnecessary data is deleted or anonymised, while legally required records may remain until the applicable retention period ends.

6. Your rights, AI and contact

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing and may complain to a competent data-protection authority.
